Delivery Information


DELIVERY
Delivery is normally within 48 hours, but 10 days should be allowed. Please note that we are closed at weekends, so any orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

On-line orders over £150 (ex VAT) - carriage free of charge. (see exceptions)
On-line orders under £150 (ex VAT) - carriage will be charged at £5.00. (see exceptions)

Shortages and damages must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery.

EXCEPTIONS

Orders over 20 kilos in weight will be charged at cost.

The following areas will be charged at cost:-
All offshore islands
All areas north of Glasgow
All export
All orders dispatched to these areas will be treated as complete

We will E-mail you to advise the cost asking for your confirmation before charging your account/credit card.

RETURNS
If you find on receipt of the goods that they are:
-Damaged
-Faulty
-Not what you ordered
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods

We will only accept goods returned to us with our prior consent, unused, complete, unmarked and undamaged, in their original state. Proof of purchase in the way of an invoice number will be required. For returns other than damaged or faulty goods or goods not ordered by you a handling charge of 15% will be made unless otherwise agreed. For damaged or faulty goods, at our discretion and subject to our inspection we may accept the return of goods for credit.

PAYMENT
Credit account holders will be invoiced for the goods at the time of delivery, and payment will be due on the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice. Otherwise goods will be supplied by C.O.D. or Proforma. For non credit account holders we accept payment by most major credit cards. The Company has the right to add 2% above bank base rate to overdue accounts.

VAT is chargeable on all EC sales unless a VAT (or equivalent) number is provided
